Our Resident Service Coordination Program provides onsite and remote assistance to individuals & families by identifying emergency, emotional, employment and medically related needs and provide linkage, referral and holistic case management services to meet those needs.
We specialize in low to moderate income and tax credit community developments by streamlining service coordination needs between residents, property managers and developers.
Our Impact
We have secured needed assistance for over 250 residents and through partnership with local officials and community leaders we have prevented evictions for over 140 families. Despite the challenges of Covid-19, we have incorporated remote assistance that ensures our clients are well informed of available resources.
Our Methodology
True Resources Enterprise, LLC understand that assessing the “whole person and their situation” is critical to ensuring effectiveness. Our Holistic Case Management Program, customize services to better aid individuals with vastly different scenarios and challenges, supports individuals and families based on their specific need.
