RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

Position: Resident Service Coordinator

Direct Supervisor: Director of Programs & Resources

Purpose: To identify emergency, emotional, employment, education, and medically related needs of residents on an individual and/or family basis and provide linkage & referral services to meet those needs.

Hours: Part-time and Full-time positions available.

General Duties: Identify and inform residents of community resources that can be used to achieve greater self‐sufficiency. • Work to foster a sense of community• Continue to serve as a resource and as a liaison between the residents, property managers and owners. • Coordinate special programming for residents to improve the health, wellness and general wellbeing of residents. This includes scheduling guest speakers in necessary and publicizing events within the apartment community. • Act as a liaison and advocate between residents and community resources. Develop relationships with community service organizations and government agencies in order to create a network for residents to access needed services. Make referrals and help residents contact services. • Maintain confidentiality with respect to special needs of residents. Professionalism is essential in this position. • Create mechanism to monitor and evaluate services delivery and perform evaluation of resident’s satisfaction with service coordination, and adjust plan to ensure resident needs are being met.

Qualifications: • Associate’s degree or better in human services or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Two to three years of experience in social work or human services relations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Leadership ability. • Excellent organizational skills; must be able to effectively plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures. • Broad knowledge of community services and how to access them. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT JOB

Position: Program Assistant

Direct Supervisor: Director of Programs & Resources

Purpose: The main focus of this position is to carry out administrative task that impact the daily operations of our business.

Hours: Part-time and Full-time positions available.

General Duties: Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of programs. Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment. Communicate and with clients, customers and supervisors. Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective. Perform additional tasks as may be required. Clerical duties. Typing, filing, answering phone calls and customer or client inquiries.

Qualifications for Program Assistant: Prior experience working as a program assistant in a relevant field. Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Professional and pleasant demeanor to meet with clients and customers. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask. Reliable and diligent worker. Able to sit, stand and move around for long hours at a time.

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Social Media Assistant

Direct Supervisor: Social Media Manager

Purpose: Works closely with social media manager to create engaging content for a company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

Hours: Upon onboarding, this will be a part-time position (15 hours per week).

General Duties: Maintaining social media pages, establishing presence and building lists on the social networks relevant to company’s strategic objectives. Content curation of articles, videos and white papers that connect to your audience’s needs. Writing blog posts based on an editorial calendar established by high-level executives or a social media consultant. Maintaining momentum in your inbound marketing campaigns and fostering enthusiasm for social media amongst company’s sales and marketing team.
